1940’s Western Cowgirl Suit Horse Applique
Well, here’s a stunner of a 1940’s western cowgirl suit. Made of a light weight wool, and has some real heavy metal buttons on the sleeves and a shell clasp to the front of the blazer. The horse shoe appliqué on the back of the jacket is the stuff dreams are made of.
There is some light staining, and some of the gold rickrack is missing. (shown in photos) There is a small moth hole on the left shoulder of the jacket. Price is reflective of these flaws.
Measurements taken while flat.
Jacket:
Armpit to Armpit: 38 inches (doubled from flat measurement)
Top to Bottom: 19 inches
Skirt:
Waist: 28 inches
Top to Bottom: 27 3/4 inches
